Operational hours
Our Helpdesk facility is available Monday – Friday, from 08H00 – 16H30. Requests logged after-hours will be attended to first-thing on the following working day.
Workflow
All support requests are logged in the Zendesk system and a support ticket number issued to the customer via e-mail. This number serves as a reference for any future contact with our support team in that regard.
